Who we are
The OpPreds app for iOS and Android is provided by Loheden AI Solutions AB, which is the controller of the personal data described here.
What we process and why
- Account: an account identifier the app creates for you. To provide the app under our contract with you.
- Purchases: what you bought in the app, its status and dates, and the store's purchase references. To give you what you bought (contract) and keep accounts (legal obligation).
- Refunds through Apple: if you ask Apple to refund an in-app purchase, Apple may ask us how the purchase was used, and we may tell it, to help it decide (legitimate interest).
- Notifications: if you allow them, an identifier for your device, to send you the app's notifications (contract).
- Usage statistics: which screens and features are used, the kind of device, its system and app version, its language and an approximate location by country and region. To understand how the app is used and improve it (legitimate interest).
- News by email: if you give us your email address in the app to hear from us, to send you news about our analysis, products and company (consent).
- Messages and feedback you send us: to answer you, keep a record and improve the app (legitimate interest).
Who receives it
Our hosting, database, notification, subscription management and email providers, which process it on our behalf and are bound by contract to protect it; Apple and Google, which sell the app and its in-app purchases, as independent controllers; and authorities, courts or advisers where the law requires it or to establish or defend legal claims.
Outside the EEA
Some of these providers process data outside the EEA. Those transfers rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or on its standard contractual clauses; a copy is available on request.
How long
Account data: as long as the account exists. Purchase records: as long as bookkeeping law requires. Usage statistics: as long as needed to understand how the app is used. Your email address for news: until you withdraw your consent. Messages: as long as needed to handle them.
What you must provide
Without the details an account or a purchase needs, we cannot provide OpPreds.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To have your data deleted or withdraw a consent, email us.
Your device
The app stores on your device what it needs to work: your sign-in, your settings and your choices.

We may update this policy; the date above shows the version in force.
